CHICKEN LEGS IN POMEGRANATE JUICE

Ingredients for 4 portion: 8 chicken legs, 2 spoons of melted butter, 3 spoons of olive oil, 1 peeled onion, 1 peeled tomato, 3-4 carnation buds, 1.5 cup of chicken broth, 1.5 cup of natural pomegranate juice, salt and ground black pepper.

Preparation Way: Dry the chicken legs with a napkin, fry on both sides on a slow fire in a mixture of butter and olive oil in a big fry-pan on a slow fire. When fried, take the poultry off the pan and remove its fat. Then you can fry the onion in the remained oil until softness
(20 minutes), add tomato and carnations. Pour in a pan the broth and pomegranate juice and stew it a few more minutes on a big fire. Then put the chicken legs on a fry-pan again and stew them in a sauce until softness. Once more take the poultry off the sauce and keep stewing the sauce until 1.5 glass of the broth will remain. Put the chicken legs on a dish, sauce them and serve with pomegranate seeds.

PUFF SALAD WITH POMEGRANATE JUICE

Ingredients for 6 portion: 8 boiled potatoes, 5 middle-sized cucumbers, 4 sweet big pink tomatoes, bunch of parsley, some mint leaves, bunch of estragon, 3 big onions, 0.5 liters of pomegranate juice, salt and pepper.
Preparation Way: Take one deep (of 10-15 sm deepness) bowl or crystal vase. Lay the sliced boiled potato on the bottom of bowl, then lay over it the sliced onion, tomato, some odorous greenery (parsley, mint, dill, estragon). At the end lay the sliced cucumbers on the top of salad. Sauce the salad with pomegranate juice and refrigerate it for a half an hour.

BAKU STYLE COOKED CHICKEN

Ingredients: 250 gr of boiled chicken fillet, 1 celery root, 1 apple, 1 orange, 0.5 glass of natural pomegranate juice, 0.5 glass of mayonnaise. Cooking time: 25 minutes.
Preparation Way: Slice chicken fillet, peel apple and orange, then grate the celery root. Make ready natural pomegranate juice keeping a few pomegranate seeds for decoration.
Lay all prepared products to the glasses, add mayonnaise, then decorate with cream mixed with natural pomegranate juice, orange segments, pomegranate seeds and greenery.
